• Return Period: Returns are accepted only within 5 days of receiving your order.
  
• Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  
• No Cash Refunds: Refunds are not offered in cash. If the delivered item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, store credit will be issued only.
  
• Made-to-Order Items (Lux-Pret & Formals):
  
  These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed.
  Please review your size, design, and color selection carefully before placing the order.
  
• Return Process:

  Upon approval, you'll receive instructions for returning the item
  
  You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect.
  
• Store Credit: For approved returns, store credit will be issued and valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  
• Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
